Here's a few: Migraine, 26 million people. Alzheimer's, about 4.5 million. Strokes, very frequent and widespread. Epilepsy, parkinson's, peripheral neuropathies, and although less frequent, multiple sclerosis, which gets lots of publicity due to effects on younger patients.

Migraines?: Perhaps most common is migraine, but strokes occur often, alzheimer's disease is common in older pts, parkinson's disease not rare. Head trauma increasing in frequency. Neurologists also see low back pain and neck pain patients.
