Secondary disorder: If a primary cancer spreads, it can secondarily affect neurological tissue. Primary brain cancers also have secondary neurological effects.

Cells don't die: Cancer is a cells failure to die and be recycled at the appropriate time. There are cancers of the nerve, such as neurofibroma, etc., but this would not be classified as a neurological condition.
