Road Rash: Ouch... Road rash is basically a very bad burn and peeling away of layers of skin due to sliding across concrete. A small one may be treated with neosporin but a large one should be evaluated by a physician. Goal is to enhance healing, reduce pain and prevent infection. Good luck!
