Depends: Your healt statu, degree of injury and contamination can,affect rate of healing. If seems to be slow see your doc.

That depends: On any underlying medical conditions, how healthy you are, how well you heal, and mostly the extent of the injury (depth), etc. Generally speaking though, within 10 days to 2 weeks, the abrasion should be healed pretty well.
