Yes: Anything as beneficial as garlic will help with weight loss in one way or another. Garlic improves metabolism and lowers inflammation which in itself is helpful with weight loss. There is some evidence that it directly influences the number of fat cell formation and size. It also provides nutrients for healthier hormonal balance so it really is good. Only remember high heat destroys it!
