Help: Diagnsois and treatment are expensive. There is a less expensive test that you can do at home, available thru certain dme companies or thru your doctor in some places. Otherwise, city and county health systems might provide assistance. Talk to the sleep testing facility about options.

You probably won't: Unless you have a buddy who owns a sleep center, it is unlikely that you will get your diagnosis without some cost to you. The only way to accurately diagnose sleep apnea is to have an overnight sleep study done at a center. The good news is that many insurances do pay for this. If you are uninsured, cost is around $5000 in my area. Sa is dangerous. If you think you might have it, get a study.
