Not too unusual: High blood pressure, or hypertension, is frequently seen during pregnancy. It could be an isolated finding known as hypertension of pregnancy, or could be part of a syndrome known as pre-eclampsia. Hypertension of pregnancy often resolves after the delivery of the baby. Mkae sure you are seeing your obstetrician regularly.
