Lots of reasons: Believe it or not, people used to have sore joints and muscles more than 30 years ago, before HIV existed. In fact, HIV would not be the first thing i'd think of when i think of causes of sore joints and muscle.S. But it's impossible to figure out the cause based on this information. You should see your doctor.
