Relationship?: Whether the generalized joint and muscle discomfort had anything to do with your sexual contact is very unlikely in the absence of other symptoms. If the interaction was only fellatio then the chances of your getting HIV are almost non-existent. You can get other STDs in this manner. Get tested and in the future be protected. The neg HIV test is probably quite accurate. No concerns.
