Support: Support your bf through helping him to keep routine. When you're depressed -- routine makes the environment predictable. Establish a self-care routine -- with good sleep hygiene, relaxation and reward system for achieving your goals (not only job-related). Also, you may help your bf find mental health care providers to help you work through the issues.
