Yes: It may indicate an underlying problem with the ovaries or the hormones produced. It may actually indicate that the ovaries are not producing as many eggs which in turn leads to lower hormone values. Or it may represent something else entirely. But better to have evaluated now to know exactly what is going on and how it could affect fertility.
