Unlikely !: Pregnancy can still happen but odds are small since you've used most if not all of your fertilizable eggs by now. Ask your doctor to do an fsh blood test. Testing in the menopausal range should bring peace of mind.

Theoretically yes: It's remotely possible but the odds are minuscule. Also, ask your gynecologist if you need an evaluation of your uterine lining to assure your periods are still healthy.
