Yes/No: Parathyroid hormone controls bone density by regulating the level of calcium in the blood, but teeth are formed objects and so does not affect tooth density.

Somewhat: The sole purpose of the parathyroid glands is to regulate the calcium level in our bodies within a very narrow range so that the nervous and muscular systems can function properly. When the parathyroid is not functioning properly it can cause osteoporosis.
