Moderately severe: You appear to have moderately severe hyperparathyroidism. Serum calcium level would be helpful in determining severity.

CanNotRateOnScale: You have symptoms of Hyperparathyroidism(fatigue) with very high almost double the normal level of Parathyroid Hormone level.You did not list your Calcium level You need to follow the advice of your Endocrinologist as you may be a candidate for Parathyroid Excision surgery after having an ultrasound and SESTAMIBI Scan We can not rate it on a scale without knowing all your symptoms and calcium leve
