A member asked:

Does adding cream in coffee kill the benefits?

No effect: Cream modifies the taste and most find coffee too harsh to use without the cream. It does add extra calories and to the extent that coffee ingestion is a calorie free item, this changes that fact. While the benefits of coffee are under some dispute, the addition of cream does not change whatever properties coffee contains.

No, but...: While adding cream to coffee wouldn't kill any health benefits of the coffee itself, but it would add unhealthy calories to your cups of coffee...which would not be healthy.
