Any good remedy for sea sickness?

Ask your doctor: While some people are able to find adequate relief with ginger (chewing the root, ginger candy, etc.), most find medications to be more effective. Meclizine (bonine, antivert, (meclizine) dramamine) is available in both over the counter and prescription strength pills, and scopolamine comes in patch form. Both are effective and well tolerated in most cases.
