I am so dizzy and nausea from my ears and nothing helps?

Dizzy and Nausea: Dizzy and nausea are not likely due to ear problems -- but they can be. Go see your primary care provider for a complete history and physical examination. Generally, a few blood tests will be performed. If treatments are not helpful, likely you'll be referred to and ENT doctor to have your hearing checked and complete an examination to exclude inner ear malfunction.
