Pelvic pain during menstration?

Pelvic pain: It is not unusual to have pelvic pain during menstruation. Some women will get what we call retrograde bleeding going up the fallopian tubes and this can cause some pelvic pain. I would see your gynecologist for evaluation if the pain continues or is severe.
