Maybe: Women with a retroverted (tilted) uterus tend to have more back pain with their periods and pain on deep penetration with intercourse. If this is something new or gradually worsening, you should probably be checked to see if something else is going in, like a cyst. Pain worsening around menses could also be a sign of endometriosis.
