They are sun related: Pigmentated spots on the hands are sually related to sun exposure and can be treated by a variety of means such as intense pulse light therapy, laser, or liquid nitrogen. The use of sunscreen and avoidance of extended sun exposure is recommended.

Several options: Depending on the cause of the pigmentation, there are several treatment options. To lighten the existing pigmentation, topical creams such as hydroquinone can be effective at lightening the pigmentation. In office procedures such as chemical peels or, if your skin tone allows, laser treatments can be very effective as well. Sunscreen use on the hyperpigmented areas is also a must.
