I am experiencing wrist pain sensitivity . skin pigmentation, thinning and extreme burning up the arm from an steroid injection ( many more side effects) my whole body is effected at this point .what is going on from this and what can i do ?

Steroids: Some typical side effects are sensitivity, skin pigmentation changes and thinning of the skin around the injection site. The burning sensation up the arm would not be typical. Some people do get some systemic effects from the steroid. You should call your doctor if concerned.
