I am struggling with oily skin, acne and hyper pigmentation and i am in my early twenties.which line is best to use obagi or la roche posay?

Otherwise, adding a topical such as Clindamycin is likely to fix things. The pigmented areas will fade with time & it's probably best to do nothing; use a sunscreen when you're out for a while.
