You need a program: Hi i love this question. My first thought is that you are an ideal candidate for overeater's anonymous. Gathering with and participating in a fellowship with others who have addictive and/or obsessive behaviors can lead to healing that seemed impossible on one's own. A second approach, outside of medicine and psychology is gaining a spiritual or breathing practice such as meditation or yoga, .
