See below: Consider this 1- eat smart- certain foods are more "addictive" than others-especially high fat, high glycemic food 2-counseling and 12 step like overeaters anonymous 3 medications that help curb appettie 4-excercise regimens that also curb appetites.

TALK * ACTION * MEDS: So i believe it would be psychotherapy (talk)/ cognitive therapy (thoughts) / behavior therapy (actions). I would add in medications or pharmacotherapy as well. Combination of all the above at sometime or all together.
