Get rechecked: Get reevaluated by you primary physician to see if the bite looks severely infected and may need other treatment or if it is looking like a "recluse" type bite needing other care.

May need drainage: "spider bites" aren't usually spider bites. These days they're more often MRSA abscesses (boils). Antibiotics won't help treat an abscess unless you catch it very early; boils usually need to be drained.
