A member asked:

Is it ok to take all the supplements dr oz recommends?

No: Just like me telling you what to do, dr. Oz has not examined you nor does he know your medical problems. Although supplements are good, too much are bad. I am a vegetarian and believe in getting vitamins and minerals naturally. Be careful.

Absolutely not: The problem starts with the word "all." dr. Oz recommends so many supplements for so many unrelated problems that taking them all would never make sense. In addition, he recommends many supplements that have never been validated by credible human studies. Examples include raspberry ketones, green coffee extract, etc. The disclaimer at the end of his show explicitly says not to take his advice.
