I have had my tonsils out but yet i have a red painless lump on the left where my tonsil was worried because i have no pain just can feel swallowing?

Scarring: If you have recently had your tonsils removed, it is not unusual to feel a tightness in the area of the surgery. It may take several months for this to disappear as the scar will soften. Ask your surgeon for certain and have him/her take a look.
