I have a pus in my csection wound, i was given antibiotics, its now the third day and it doesn't seem to be improving, the antibiotics is for 7days..?

Go back to doctor: The question here is whether this is a superficial wound infection, or whether it goes more deeply, involving the uterus or surrounding structures. Do not delay in this because things can get out of hand quickly. This needs to be cultured if it has not, and imaging studies may be appropriate. Infectious diseases input would also help.

Wound infection: You should see the OB/GYN who did the surgery, sounds like a wound infection and there may be pus under the skin which has not drained properly. The treatment is to open the incision and make sure there is no underlying problem. The resulting wound should be left open and treated with dressing changes. Antibiotics should continue until the redness and drainage has resolved. Wound culture also.
