Complications: Most surgical wounds are well healed at 3 to 4 weeks, so this is not in the normal recovery. There are several possible diagnoses to your problem, best to take friend/family with you to your surgery appointment for answers, imaging and treatments. You may be referred to another surgeon or wound care center. Be well.
