Relax...: Try taking some deep breaths. Remember that area of the body will open to even the slightest stroke so your body will do 90% of the work if you don't tense up. Easier said than done, right? So try a warm bath or shower, deep breaths, ipod (music) and good thoughts prior to these procedures.
