Splotch in vision: If it is there and you subjectively see it, it is there. There are ways to try and demonstrate what you are seeing to help with a diagnosis. A visual field examination, amsler grid test and Fluorescein angiography to start with. Suggest you see a retinal specialist.

See an Internist: At your young age there are a number of possibilities. Presuming you do not use any llegal drugs, a work up for TIA needs to be done. A new word for you, "coagulopathy" is on the list and also diabetes and if you have been bitten by a tick recently, lyme disease.
