Not to mention that it's probably too late now for you to see my answer. The symptoms of both are bad: severe bleeding, multi-organ failure, and death. As infectious diseases go, they're among the worst.

Marburg vs Ebola: Marburg Virus and Ebola both cause severe hemorrhagic fevers in humans and are viruses from the Filoviridae family. They both have a similar clinical presentaion. The fatality rate from Marburg virus outbreaks has been from 24 to 88%. The Zaire Ebola virus had 88% death rate when discovered in 1976.
