Can we use nano silver for ebola virus?

I'm not sure where you got the info about Nano Silver, just wash your hands, avoid contacting with sick people body fluids, avoid contacting dead animals.

Nano silver: Although this has been postulated and tested in laboratory conditions, I could find no studies where it was tested in humans. As such, although a good dosage is known for how to use it if we are trying to kill virus in a test tube, its efficacy and dosing are unknown in the human. Further study appears to be warranted, but more data is needed.
