What do you recomend for tonsilitis?

Depends on situation: If it is sudden, you probably need antibiotics. That is, if it is bacterial tonsillitis. If it is a cold, then they are not useful. If the tonsillitis is recurrent enough or chronic, tonsillectomy can save you many future illnesses.
