Depends: Only foods that cause bacteria to produce gas should make your stomach bloat. Beans would be an example. Try different fruits, vegetables, and nuts to see which, if any are a problem. Also most of the fatty fishes like wild salmon should not be a problem. If most foods are causing bloating consider a food allergy test or checking for irritable bowel syndrome.
