Variable: Recumbant bike, walking, hiking uphill, maybe running depending on fracture. Lunges, weightless squats, standing hamstring curls, some pilates. >nutrition< talk with your doc, but if surgery is done i tend to restrain from exercise for 3-4 days to allow the skin to start to heal...
