Excellent Question: If it's 'the worst headache of your life' or very close or is associated with other symptoms like brief loss of consciousness or loss of bladder or bowel control, etc., do not hesitate.It could be an aneurysm or brain bleed, or extreme high blood pressure which could be life threatening. If it is not associated with any other symptoms, you might be able to try home remedies, first, & call your dr.
