Common finding: Incidental minor head trauma can trigger a simple headache or a complex migraine. If you are otherwise ok i think you can monitor the situation at home. If you find yourself becoming progressively confuses or disoriented, have someone drive you in.

Minor Head Injury: These accidents happen. If you are not nauseated or too sleepy then you can probably avoid going to the er. You may get a shiner out of this. I often recommend aleve (naproxen) for these kind of injuries.
