Allergist: Keep getting advice from allergists. They differ. Sub lingual immuntherapy may be helpful in some cases.

Many, many people: Diets vary from avoiding 1 food to all & eating an elemental formula like vivonex. Since 95% of food allergy is due to only 8 food groups you can try avoiding these foods for 2-3 weeks: all dairy, eggs, wheat, barley, oats, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, & seafood. Success with food allergy is improved with the help of an allergist & a nutritionist. Talk to your health care professional.
