More common lately: There are many sources of Fluoride in our environment. Besides misuse of Fluoride supplements and toothpaste (ingestion) there are sometimes high levels of Fluoride in imported foods and unregulated well water. Also surprisingly, carbonated soft drinks, juice boxes and cereals often have Fluoride as an ingredient. The effective level of Fluoride is measured in per million.
