Whole ones: Whole foods -- that you can recognize when you see them, and that are not processed and hidden in packages. Lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains, chicken, fish, grass-fed beef, organic dairy if your system tolerates it. Eliminate as much extra sugar and chemicals from your diet as you can.
