Activity: Active recovery is a great way to help decrease soreness. A light walk, jog, bike ride or even weight workout keeping your heart rate low is helpful. Tiredness may need evaluated further. Good diet, proper rest, evaluation of your program meso and macrocycles. Are you overtrained? Too much intensity or volume right now? A sports doc with a good team can help.

Fatigue: Proper stretching before and after exercise goes a long way to help this. Icing sore areas for a few minutes will too. Varying types of exercise and not overdoing workouts may as well. Proper nutrition is important too.
