Syncope: Eating and drinking well? Sleeping well? Vasovagal? Normal blood sugar? Blood pressure with position change? Hypovolemic? Anemic? Regular cardiac rhythm / nl ecg? Neurological exam? Etc. All should be checked out, asap.
