I have a 8 year old son he woke up this morning with a fever of 102 and complains about dizziness, and now its at 103 should i take him to the docs?

Yes & no: Depending on your location & available resources you may want to get in before the weekend & see if a treatable condition is involved. If the flu, timing determines effectiveness of treatment & flu is starting to show up. If the kid is taking fluids well & you can get in over the weekend, a day or so of monitoring may be ok but i'd have a backup plan in play.
