A member asked:

Is it normal to lose arm strength after a tough workout?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Ayo Adu answered

Specializes in Sports Medicine

Yes: After a tough workout, your muscles will be depleted of ATP and will take time to recover. Your arm strength may be diminished during this short phase.
