Questions: You didn't mention what your sugar level is? Are you overweight? Do you smoke? Do you have diabetes? Do you drink much alcohol? All of the above can affect your triglycerides. If all are perfect, and if you're not overweight, and if you eat a healthy diet, then you've inherited a bad gene...Luck of the draw...Sorry! but you can correct it with diet, exercise, and medication.
