I've had vertigo for the past 4 weeks and it won't go away! how long should this last?

Very: Vertigo can last from a few hours to up to a few months. There medications which can decrease the symptoms, and there are some physical therapy maneuvers which can help. Please see physician to make sure is nothing more serious.
