See your doctor.: Chest pain should be evaluated by a professional. Not sure what to make of enlarged ovaries, but unless they are huge and impinging on the diaphragm, they have nothing to do with your other symptom.

Get checked: You must have been to a doctor to know that you have enlarged ovaries. And chest pain also needs to be investigated.
