Reflux is caused by a lax valve that separates the stomach from the esophagus. It is worsened by eating spicy&greasy foods. I'm unsure of what an adhesion of the ovaryis. Back pain can be caused by pelvic pathology. Abdominal distension can be caused by gaseous buildup or intraabdominal fluid accumulation seen in ovarian malignancy. I recommend consulting your gynecologist for an evaluation&tests.
