Positional vertigo: It might be benign positional vertigo. A neurologist or otologist can perform the appropriate tests.

Inner ear or BP: There are a number of different causes of these symptoms, with the two most common being a positional drop in blood pressure and an issue with the balance centers of your inner ear. Your physician should be able to sort out the cause.
